APPALLING RESPONSE TO MY QUESTION - WHY I GOT SENT TWO OF THE SAME TYPE OF PRODUCTS WITH SHORT SELL-BY DATE -ONLY 7MONTHS INSTEAD OF EXPECTED FULL YEAR. SPOKE TO MANAGER TONIGHT. BLAMES ME FOR ORDERING 2 IF I CAN'T USE BY THEN. HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THE DATE TILL I RECEIVED THEM. NOT WILLING TO LISTEN OR ACCEPT MAYBE THEY ARE AT FAULT FOR SENDING ITEM OUT WITH THAT SAME DATE ON BOTH. WON'T DEAL WITH IT. WHY DO COMPANIES BEHAVE THIS WAY?

I made a purchase yesterday and have received my order. I am so happy with the services and the product. I was kept informed on the progress until I received my parcel.

Poor Customer Service – Damaged Product Not Resolved

I ordered a 6kg Pistachio Cream Dubai Chocolate Kunafa Mix from Baker Crafts, and it arrived damaged. I immediately sent them photo and video evidence through WhatsApp and text within their 30-day return policy. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me to wait while they raised a claim with DPD—the delivery company—which has nothing to do with me as a customer.

They offered me a discount to buy another item instead of issuing a refund or sending a replacement. Despite multiple follow-ups, they kept delaying the resolution and refused to take responsibility. I’ve now had to escalate the issue to my bank for a refund.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I would not order from them again.
