I order a canvas that appeared online to be an HD image printed with extreme clarity. I did not see anything on the website that indicated this was coming from another country & they had a "100% QUALITY GUARANTEE" AND A "100% MONEYBACK GUARANTEE." With that noted, I placed my order and waited a MONTH for this product to arrive. Regardless, I was super excited -- that is until I unboxed the canvas and to my horror received a product of TERRIBLE quality. You can tell the image was of extremely low resolution to begin with and then they stretched it across a very large canvas which only produced further distortion and a completely pixelated image. I was horrified. I paid $120 for a canvas that did not even have the buildings completely painted. Some were literally just black rectangles to fill the space. I immediately contacted the seller, sent them photos of the product, explained my disappointment, and requested guidance on how to send the item back for a refund. There would be several days between responses but I was finally given an address in Oregon (USA). Keep in mind this product was mailed from China. When I asked if they would provide a return shipping label being that I received such a bad product so I should not have to pay to return it, they stopped answering me altogether. I tried reaching out multiple times & had to take the case to PayPal. They then provided PayPal a return address in BULGARIA - WHAT?! Through PayPal, I again requested a pre-paid return label to which I received no response and was told by PayPal I needed to pay return shipping in order to get my money back. Fine. I requested quotes to the address in Bulgaria (keep in mind this is a large canvas so it is in a quite large box) - and the lowest quote that came back was $437.15. I checked with all the major shipping companies, then with smaller ones, & with freight companies - they all were in excess of $400 due to the size of the item + customs fees to Bulgaria. Again, I was horrified. I explained the situation to PayPal through a live chat and was told basically to suck it up because they couldn't help. I called in and was told they have "return shipping on us program" and was sent the info. - The return shipping program will reimburse $30 of the return shipping cost. Uhmm that doesn't help. I screenshot my shipping quotes and email PayPal explaining the situation - I am currently out $120. If I ship this I will be out $400 at minimum. I’d get my $120 back and the $30 from your "return shipping on us" program and that would leave me at a loss of $370 which is more than I originally paid. OUTRAGEOUS, right? No one ever responded to my case or my email and today, 3 days later, PayPal emails me that they have denied my case because I failed to upload tracking information in the allotted time. Once PayPal closes a case, it CANNOT be reopened. Isn't it amazing that the company screwed me over & then PayPal joined them? So much for buyer protection, right? Ha. I've used PayPal for almost 10 years. I run all possible transactions through them & used to sell a lot via PP. I have never opened a PayPal claim and this is how my case was handled. BakeryWorldStyle is a bunch of thieves and PayPal is an accomplice who sat idly by and did nothing to rectify the situation. My purchase was originally made on 04/10/19 - I am still out my money for the purchase, sadly still in possession of this god awful art, and have gone back & forth with the seller & with PayPal to no avail. Save yourself the headache.

Very UPSET off with this company! I ordered the largest in a canvas that hangs on the wall and was sent some paper shot rolled in a darn tube! The fact that I asked questions before hand & was sent this has me UPSET to the core. Never buying from them again. Should have just purchased from canvas freaks like I have been doing. Hate WHEN THEY CANT RESPOND BUT SEND OUT WRONG STUFF🤬

My daughter loves the guitar canvases. They arrived earlier than expected and were good quality. Would definitely buy again

The artwotk is phenomenally good. I will order from. Bakery World again unframed. As I mentioned before 1 10/16 to 1 3/4 deep framing is customary here in the United States. I am not happy with the 1/2 deep framing of the Native American Indian Girl with Feathers from Bakery World. I Love the artwork so I am just living with the narrow framing. Many online companies offer about 3 different frame depth choices for varied prices. I recommend that Bakery World get on board and do the same so they can satisfy all of their customers needs and receive 5 * ratings for their quality work. Becky

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!! CHEAPEST STUFF EVER!! I ORDERED A WIND CHIME FOR 29.99 BOX WAS TORE UP, WIND CHIME SO TANGLED UP I COULDN'T EVEN FIX IT!! I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME THING AT DOLLAR STORE FOR 2.99!! RIP OFF!!! IM SO MAD!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!! YOU WILL BE SORRY, WASTE OF MONEY!!

I ordered an item from this company two weeks ago and paid using PayPal. I have tried contacting the company 4 times with no response. I have contacted PayPal to assist with recovery of my money they have debited my account. This company from the best I can tell is located in China or the far east somewhere but their site will not indicate that. The site has contact information but it is all bogus information that is not true contact information. In addition, their site shows reviews that everyone is 5 stars yet there is no location to actually leave a review on their site. They are generated themselves. WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS SITE.

Amazing product!! Great customer service.

I am in disbelief after receiving the item. It took over a month to get it. They ship it from China- which I was not aware of. Disappointed trusting the fake reviews I saw online, as the picture is stretched, printed image on the frame. Its so blurry, and looks so cheap. Lesson learned, when all the reviews are 5, it has to be too good to be true.

I've sent a number of emails requesting my tracking number with no response for a package I ordered over three weeks ago that I still haven't received... Very bad company to order from because it takes forever to receive, plus nobody response to your email for help..

Beautiful artwork, great price, packaged well, shipped within one or two days of order, arrived promptly, and personable and courteous staff! I intend to order from them again!

This company is fantastic! Your items are packaged properly, and delivery was sooner than I had expected. I had a problem with my order that was my fault, and they took care of me. They are so kind and helpful, I will recommend them to everyone.
