I rarely leave negative reviews

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Baklava Flea Market has been extremely disappointing.
I ordered a BAKLAVA x G-SHOCK GA2100 “Desert King” watch for $220, after waiting months for the drop. The package was marked as delivered, but I never received anything.
I immediately contacted the carrier, and La Poste officially confirmed that the parcel was not delivered and that the sender must open a claim.
Since then, I have been going back and forth with customer support for over a month. Despite providing all the requested documents, I have received no resolution, no replacement, and no refund — only repeated messages saying they are “waiting to hear back from their internal team.”
Sending a $200 item without requiring a signature on delivery is already questionable, but the complete lack of accountability and resolution is unacceptable.
At this point, I have been forced to escalate the issue through my payment provider.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Order Never Delivered After Over a Year – No Refund, Only Delays

I placed an order in December 2024, more than a year later, I have still not received the product or a refund.

Since the purchase, I have been in continuous contact with customer support. From the beginning, I requested either delivery confirmation or a refund. Instead of a resolution, I have received repeated generic responses stating that the case is “with the internal team” or “under review.”

At one point, I was informed that a refund was no longer possible due to the time that had passed — despite the fact that the delay was entirely on their side. I was then offered a replacement item, which I agreed to, but this has also not been processed.

Even after multiple escalations, the case remains unresolved, with no shipment, no tracking number, and no concrete timeline.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, based on this experience.

I have already left a review

I have already left a review, but making things worse. After my last review the item was delivered, XXXL, I ordered a medium. Response ‘looking into it’ I ordered the item in May 2025. This speaks volumes for itself, do not recommend.

Lying to you with the biggest smile...

Pricey records shipped in cheap mailers. Inevitably they get damaged in transit. Once you raise the issue, they will pretend the record is sold out even though it is not. Then they will try to wear you out by replying vague answers to your emails and by pretending they cannot get in touch with their own team. They did it twice to me, and it twice lasted for months without any kind of solution in the end. Oh and by the way, the records they said were sold out two months ago are still available for sale on their website...

Theft

Similar experience. Ordered 2 shirts and hat. Still nothing over a month later. When you email it’s clearly an AI bot responding (“Erika”) with promises of “monitoring the fulfillment process closely and will send updates as soon as I have them”. Buyer beware!

They do NOT offer alternative solutions.
NO refund policy.
!!Scammed me for almost 300 EUR!!
