After being let down by another distributor on the time scale of which I required new shocks . I got in touch with Julian at Balance Motors . He sorted me with what I needed and they were delivered the next day even when I messed my delivery address up . One quick call and all sorted . Thanks a lot once again . Great service

I urgently needed a pair of front shocks for my BMW 1 series. I wanted Bilstein but they were out of stock in the UK for several months. I spoke Julian who was very knowledgeable and he suggested Koni Special Active shocks which would suit my needs as i have run flat tires which give a firm ride. So far the new shocks have been great improving the ride without sacrificing handling. Now i want to replace the rears ... :)

A very positive experience with Balance, their customer service is outstanding, and i received a follow up phone call, just to make sure i collected a long overdue pair of Bilstein front shocks, for a 2012 Vw Up.

I can't praise them enough, their prices are very competitive, their customer service is outstanding, and they actually respond to messages quickly.

I sincerely hope i can use them again in the future, as i have nothing but praise and good words to say for them.

I am just so grateful that I happened upon Julian and Balance Motorsport! Though we are at opposite ends of the country, I would seriously consider taking my car to them!

I found myself with coilovers that had been ordered with the coil and arrived without the coil. (just... "overs?"). I was booked to drive at an event and needed the new suspension urgently. Julian immediately made me feel better, had a lovely chat with me and got me the springs I needed very quickly indeed. The car is feeling good so far!

Great advise, help sourcing the dampers I needed, and prompt delivery.

I needed shorter dampers from bilstein, but they were out of stock with an august production date.

Balance motorsport were able to organise reworking the long version dampers at Bilstein.

Perfect service and advise from a time served company that goes over and above to fulfill a customer’s needs.

I hunted high and low for two days or more for two obscure shock absorbers for my car in the UK. I could find plenty in Europe, but couldn't get them shipped to the UK quick enough for my imminent garage visit for fitment.

Julian at Balance Motorsport went the extra mile to secure two shock absorbers at very competitive prices, and I received them a few days later.

Came across these folk while looking to buy some coilovers. Their prices were particularly keen. The staff there are very helpful. I got some very useful advice on purchasing options and ended up saving a lot of money. The service and communication was very efficient too. Today I am in receipt if a nice set of KWs. I would have no hesitation is recommending them.

I came across Balance Motorsport by chance on the Internet.
I needed some advise re suspension on my BMW.
Spoke with Julian, he gave me lots of advice, without any sales pitch.

Well what can i say about this company the chap (sorry cant remember his name but is the owner) i spoke with late Thursday afternoon emailed me back at 7pm at night to say what i want was available from the supplier.
I called him mid morning Friday and placed an order for shock absorbers from Germany. On Tuesday morning about 10am these arrived ( Central Scotland)boy was i impressed and that takes a lot!!
So if you need anything on their website i would suggest a phone call to them very very helpful. Good old fashioned friendly advice and service from the internet.

I have no connection with this company other than that of a satisfied customer may this company go from strength to strength

I was let down on an order by another company, this left me very little time to order new Discs for my RX7, other companies had the stock but would not be able to dispatch in time for my needs, on contacting Julian he knew exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to ensure the Discs were delivered in time, a top guy and superb customer service I will now go to Balancemotorsport as a first point of call as I was so impressed with them.

Absolutely diamond service from this company . Spent a fa8r time on the phone to them and to be honest best advice I've had so far from anyone they certainly know there stuff. Ordered whiteline roll correction kit delivered within two days of orderering fitted same evening and problem resolved after months of problems with car. Highly recommend this company they definitely know there stuff

With deal with in future for advice and product ordering

One garage quoted me £1200 for new part and fitting. Julian at Balance Motorsport identified the actual issue in minutes and didn't charge me. I bought a part for £14 and fitted it myself which resolved the issue. Brilliant!
