My Experience at Balance of Creation
My experience was great because I got to learn a lot about how policies are created and how they can help an organization grow. The team at BOC was very supportive and clear with their guidance.
What BOC is doing well is giving interns real responsibilities and encouraging them to think critically. They provide useful feedback and create a friendly working environment, even though the internship was virtual.
I really appreciate the opportunity, and I believe with more chances to work on live projects or team discussions, the experience can be even better.
