This is the first time I’ve ever bought a new chain so I decided to get a new wrist band also but the wrist band was the wrong size so I figured I was going to have a bunch of problems trying to get it exchanged but not at all with these great people at Balanzi’s they told me to keep the one I had and they would send me a new one that was the right size and they did and this is all in a matter of about a weeks time they look great and there customer service is super cool couldn’t ask for anything better.

I finally received the Cuban 8mm bracelet several days ago. I immediately put it on as once I said, “I never take them off.” Balanzi’s continued search for excellence in their product is admirable, combined with their guarantee of product satisfaction, it’s unequally the best I’ve seen. Extremely impressive pieces. I have two sons (18yrs old) and purchased a necklace and bracelet set for each of them for Christmas 2026. The quality, beauty, and durability of each piece are amazing. My favorite part of each piece is the clasp. The clasp is classy and study with a smooth finish that reads BALANZI. Best part about the purchases, delivery was quick and my sons love BALANZI jewelry. Balanzi has the best online non-tarnish products you want and need. I've had my pieces for over 6 months And have worked out ,sports ,showers and even swimming and fire flame to the gold. Just to prove to my friends in the garage the gold is legit to wear for years. Great investment to spend 200$ and have amazing chains that look 20,000$

I was extremely pleased with the quality and customer service of this organization. I myself depend on customer review for vacation rentals and know how important these customer feedbacks are towards delivering an exceptional experience. I made a mistake and provided the wrong address when I Ordered from Balanzi. I spoke with the customer service department and they immediately sent me a replacement. They were kind and compassionate which frankly is not very common now a days. I plan on buying additional items from Balanzi as well as recommend them to all my family and friends.
