I mean honestly these guys have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. So good actually that I thought it was too good to be true. It’s truly disheartening that we’ve came this far as a civilization people that good, honest customer service feels unbelievable..I would recommend anyone to become a customer to this excellent business. The original 8.5" bracelet had clasp…

The original 8.5" bracelet had clasp issues and it came off without my knowing. Balanzi came to the rescue...told me it would be covered under their guarantee and replaced it. Mucho kudo's to Balanzi for their excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!

I love the quality and weight of the…

I love the quality and weight of the chains. However, although I'm not sure, it seems that when wearing the chains, my body feels weird, and it's hard to explain. My skin is not irritated, just odd. But still love them. Will be ordering the Cuban link bracelet soon.
