This site is a scam! I placed my order 23 days ago and still have not received my package. I wrote to customer service and miraculously my package started tracking! Two weeks have passed and my package is still in Italy. When I contacted FedEx they told me the package never left Italy and is on the way back to the merchant. I will never buy from here again.

So I bought an item of clothing from this site - after reading the reviews on Trustpilot; it does seem legit and the prices good. However I had a msg from Fedex ( another part of the saga) who said the item had been delivered- not. I rang Fedex to find that the parcel had in fact been sent back to Balardi because of incomplete paperwork; customs had tried to contact the company to no avail so sent it back. AND i have tried to contact the company as well +++- no response despite explaining what has happened. I was being pestered prior to the supposed arrival date of the parcel by one of the customer service reps asking me to review their service!! Funny that; there is a problem and they are now not responding. I am happy to review the star rating here IF they get in touch and sort this issue out. I still want the item sent back to me ....Very unimpressed and disappointed; but this may change. watch this space :)
Update. - so I have emailed this company 3 times this week. The customer support centre. There has been no replies or response at all. The one star review will remain.
Do NOT use this site if you are out of the general area - Italy is where the site is based.
They have 600 euros of mine. I do not have any product - unless there is a refund / a response from Balardi about the item and what they intend to do about it this is THEFT.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY from here if there is a slightest chance you might want to return the item. I returned a pair of shoes WITHIN the specified return period to the address they provided (which was a challenge in itself to find). A couple of months later the package was returned back to me by post. Took so long, over multiple tries to get the message through to customer service, who said that I can’t return the item anymore because it has now passed the timeframe for returns - although they accepted that the address I sent it to was correct! They told me to sell it off instead on another online platform like eBay and that they will not take any responsibility. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Will never order from here again.
I was a bit hesitant initially but still went ahead to order a Ferragamo wallet. All went smoothly and item arrived quickly. Job well done Balardi, thanks.
Not only did I receive my item late, the packing was poor. The jeans weren’t sized as described, they were shoved into a box that was beat up. I also didn’t get refunded properly and it took them days to respond to me. Do not shop here they have poor customer service
1) The site provides very little description for items, including sizing, and does not even have a review section from other buyers. You'd best do online research or try it a real store before buying it, which defects the purpose of shopping online.
2) The shipping cost is $20 if order is less than $400, but return costs $39, almost doubled; moreover, it is stated that shipping is not refundable. So for any order less than $400, you will lose $59 for refund; for exchange, you will need to return and place order and pay shipping agin, which is another $20, and you will end up paying $79 to exchange an order less than $400, and that is 20% of the value of the item ordered.
3) The customer service response is quick but rather useless; I received repetitive and robotic answers. It makes me think that they ignored the issues I mentioned in 1) on purpose so they could make a huge profit solely from return/exchange cost, see my calculations in 2).
4) Unless you are very sure that the item descriptions are accurate and know your sizing in this item, I would recommend purchasing it through other platforms.
There was no invoice or order number in the box with the merchandise. They provide no phone number to initiate a return. I’ve emailed them several times with no response. Clearly they have no intention of accepting returns. Do not order from this company.
