The service could be still more better when it comes to the dustbin management and drainage.
Regular blockages in Drainage lines, bad smell from the outlets.

Avoid if you can
Very slow to reply to any email. We needed to call for weeks to get a reply and our manager kept rejecting our calls. The apartment had a broken window, they promised to fix it before letting us in. We are leaving now after 9 months and the windows is still broken.
