The Givenchy hoody we have purchased…
The Givenchy hoody we have purchased came without tags and it is fake not authentic. We have same hoodies from the same brand purchased from the authentic boutique. And the fabric and stitching is different;)

The Hoodie you purchased from us was accurately advertised as being brand new without tags, and the fact that the wash label was cut was referred to in the description and shown in the photos.
The model you purchased is a re-occuring release from Givenchy ever since it was first showcased in 2015, they re-released most seasons up until 2020 with a variety of different colourways and variations in the logo. So, unless you have the exact same model from the store it is normal that the fabric or stitching could be slightly different.
I can assure you that the hoodie you purchased from us is genuine, but for both our peace of mind, you were offered the option to return for a full refund but, you declined to take us up on that offer.
The feedback is completely unwarred and it is a shame we couldn't see eye to eye.
