I applied for a job and the same day I was contacted by will who has been amazing by the end of the week he had me signed off and ready for work, the quickest agency for recruitment and no messing about waiting, can’t fault the team especially will so thank you x

Started spamming my whatsapp out of blue and ignored my requests to explain how my contact was obtained. Don’t care it the business is legit or not, just stay away from people whatsapp

Contacted me on WhatsApp without even ateempting to connect on LinkedIn first. Seems somewhat unprofessional. I looked up the person who contacted me, who has their entire name in full caps on their profile on LinkedIn. The name they introduced themselves as, didn’t match what WhatsApp identified them as either. That was enough for me to block and move on.

I have been working with balfor since November 22,Cecile and jasmine has been so helpful and so professional and help you in every way they can,balfor is a very good company to work for there service is brilliant.

Unprofessional , uninformed and condescending. Recruitment consultant and office staff obviously don't listen or care. My consultant never listened when first signing me up. Company ignored consistent requests for my basic and lawful workers right of receiving my wage slip. But like many agencies obviously preferring to make extra out of you by auto enrolling you into their umbrella partners. When a worker, knowing their rights refuses to be paid this way and only through PAYE, they encounter issues as I did, in not receiving any wage slips at all for over two months.
After persistently contacting company finally after over two months I speedily received wage slips from upper management after yet another call to chase them, surprise surprise they were just about to call me so I was told and asked now matter resolved if could take my previous posted and much poorer and unimpressed review, I'm sure sparking action to resolve my basic long overdue request with lots of excuses given and condescension. Recruitment consultant and staff obviously needed further training as no online portal was ever mentioned in whole two months? I would strongly suggest and have to many friends or colleagues in the education sector when asked that I recommend registering with any other agency than this less than professional, unresponsive and poor excuse for one.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They got me work alot quicker than I thought they would.

They received my CV on the Thursday and offered me an interview the following day. Tanisha and Callum the ultimate professionals and very efficient in securing me work for the following week.

Excellent and welcoming service. The recruiters really listened to my requirements as a supply teacher and reassured me that they were on board and supportive with what I am looking for.
