Lack of service
I ordered the chewies in April. Although my dog very much enjoyed the flavour they had no calming effect. I wrote to Balgo and was told to increase the dose - STILL no effect. Since then I have written to the help line to ask to return the unopened packets - NO REPLY. Being sceptical I wonder whether that was to take me beyond the 30 day refund period

Absolutely amazed with how well this have worked, a lot quicker than expected. My dog has recently last year started to experience fear with fireworks and these have really helped to keep him calm during this crazy firework season

Healthy and Enjoyable..Whats not to love :)
Love absolutely everything about Balgo! Every part of the customer experience has ben phenomenal. The quick delivery, stunning packaging, generous portions, and visible effect on my dogs have made me a believer and fan. I have even started to give Balgo to my foster dog to help calm them and it seems to really be working and allows them to feel a lot more comfortable and secure in a new environment.
Supplements for dogs are under-utilized since many pets can really benefit from the health rewards that can be provided along with a healthy diet and exercise. Pleased to give my pups the best life possible :)

Both dogs loves them
Fraser our pup loves them! We originally order them for Finn (who also loves them but had to wait his turn) our 11 years old dachshund. We now got them each their personalised plans, ordered Fraser his own box and it dropped through the letterbox the following day (now Finn could have his all for himself)! We were concerned when we received Fraser box not to be able to distinguish each dog’s cookies but their colours are very different and then we also notice that each dog had it’s name on the delivery address of their box

Dogs didn't like them
Not through the company itself why I gave 3 stars. Purely because none of my dogs liked the tiny biscuits and refused to eat them. Shame

Hey Marie, We're sorry to hear you dogs didn't like their supplement cookies. Occasionally some dogs will turn their noses up at our cookies, especially if they're used to a meat-based diet. We find on these occasions adding a small amount of dog-friendly peanut butter or plain yoghurt (plant-based or dairy), on top of each cookie to start until the dog gets used to the supplement cookies will do the trick and ensure the dog gets the nutrients they need. This is also why we offer a free 7-day trial box so dog parents can ensure we're a good fit. 🙌 🐶
