Used their driver and tour options several times whilst on holiday in Bali recently.
Great communication, friendly drivers who were professional in how they drove, spoke good English and we're full of local knowledge.
Great customer service, their system had mistakenly set the price to twice what it should have been (for a day tour of north Bali), got an email from the owner apologising and asking if there was anythingbekse I wanted to book, or to refund the money. Ymtha6s honest service.
The comms before the tours and pickup were great, introducing the drivers (Putu, Wayan and Gede) with profile photos and clear details of timings and what was included.
Highly recommend, especially once you've seen the 'mayhem' that is traffic in Bali (I certainly wouldn't want to drive)

We rented drivers for a day trip and a halv day trip for sightseeing . They speak english, but wasn’t interested in talking and if you are going on sightseeing it really doesn’t work well with silent drivers.

Excellent information about all things Bali! The info regarding getting from the airport to our hotel in Seminyak was extremely usefull. Also the info on ATM's reassured me. Cheers

Everything from start to finish was very easy to enquire, book and use. Would definitely recommend. The driver we had for 2 days (Gede) he was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, on time etc

We got picked up by Gede, really nice guy! He was at our service and drove us to the places we wanted to see. When we asked him of places he could recommend he took us to a coffee plantation and a temple. Really nice experiences! Recommending Bali Holiday Secrets, we felt safe, also when we walked around town while our suitcases was in the car. Nice drive with a good and interesting guy, he was nice to talk to!

Would highly recommend. We used Bali Holiday Secrets because the quote was much cheaper than that offered directly by our hotel. Our driver Gede waited for us until after midnight when our flight was delayed and it took almost 2 hours to get through immigration. Car was large, clean and air conditioned. Gede was so friendly and full of local knowledge and tips. I have already recommended the airport transfer to friends.
