I love the customer service
I love the customer service. They're super quick with delivery, pick up and drop off, highly communicative, and they go way above other laundry services that I've ever used on the island.

Excellent, efficient service
This was the first time we used Bali Laundry and we were very impressed. The process was seamless. Communication is made so easy through WhatsApp. We were even able to have it picked up from one resort and delivered to another. Highly recommend.

Extremely bad service
Extremely bad service. They brought back my fave coat ripped and loose. Now i am unable to wear it because it’s fully damaged. Informed the staff but they gave the blame back on me for choosing the regular service when in fact as a laundry service they should know what to do.

I’m very sorry to read this. A damaged coat is a serious issue, and if we had handled your order, we would take full responsibility for investigating and resolving it.
However, after checking our system and our pickup/delivery logs, we did not process any order for you and we did not collect, clean, or return your coat. We also reached out to you to confirm the details.
It appears this review may have been posted to the wrong laundry provider. If you can respond to our email/WhatsApp with any order confirmation, receipt, pickup address/date, or the phone number used to place the order, we will gladly help you identify the correct company so you can pursue a resolution with them.

My clothes always come back perfectly clean, fresh, and neatly folded, with great attention to detail. Simple, clear, good value laundry service.
Such an easy and pleasant transaction!! You can book it on the website or using WhatsApp (as is common in Bali) and it's such a simple, clear process.
They did my laundry in 6 hours on their same day service, and all I had to do was drop it in to my hotel reception, and pick it up when it was done! You can pay with cash or with PayPal (I chose cash) and they send you confirmation pictures the whole way through.
I had weighed my laundry before handing it over so I was happy to see they were also very honest.
I cannot fault the service I received, the speed, the price and the communication were all TOP CLASS!!

These folks are fantastic - quick, v.reasonable pricing and properly professional
These folks are fantastic. We thought we could hand wash in our hotel, but the humidity here makes it impossible to dry anything. Anyway, Bali Laundry saved us with a rapid 5 hour turnaround of laundry plus very very stained baby clothes (IYKYK). Really well-priced and superb communication. You pay by the kilo, so you don’t have to work out item pricing - and frankly I don’t have the time or patience for the hotel’s per-item expensive system anyway. They handled pickup and dropoff with our hotel easily. And plus our clothes came back clean, folded and ironed (ironed!!). I’d use these folks now even if we had a proper washer-dryer. Brilliant service.
