Owners and agencies list villas, houses, apartments, guesthouses and rooms, from budget to luxury, as well as villas for sale (leasehold and freehold), and people contact them directly. It's made for long stays: expats, families and remote workers moving to Bali for months or years. Renters can search thousands of long-term listings in one place, across areas such as Canggu, Uluwatu, Ubud, Seminyak, Sanur, Pererenan and Nusa Dua. Every listing shows the owner's monthly or yearly price, with photos, amenities, location and availability dates. You can filter by area, price, bedrooms and amenities, browse the map, or describe what you want with AI search, then message the owner or agency on WhatsApp. Renters don't pay a booking fee. You can also post a rental request, which goes to verified Bali agents and agencies, and any with a match will reply on WhatsApp. We don't take rent or deposits. The rental agreement is between you and the owner or agency, so view the place in person or on a video call and agree everything in writing before you pay. Before an owner can publish a listing, they must pass an ID document and face-scan check with our verification partner, Didit, or be an agency our team has verified. Our team adds a Verified badge after reviewing an owner's or agency's business details, contact information and listings, and every listing has a Report button. For owners and agencies, Bali Villa Hub is a way to reach people looking for a long-term home in Bali, with enquiries arriving on WhatsApp. We also publish Market Insights, monthly rent figures by area from live listings, plus area guides, a Bali location guide and a guide to renting in Bali.
