Great Service, Great Product
I required a 6ft cardboard cutout with a quick turn around. after submitting my image and order to Balloonprint, I was contacted quickly to change the quality of the photo as the one I sent was not good enough quality at the size I wanted.
I enquired if I could get the Print by Friday(I put my order in on Monday). I was told that this was not a problem and they would put it through straight away.
Great customer service and the product was great when it arrived.
Minor niggle which is not the Balloonprints fault, Yodel was the delivery company and they got the delivery wrong. I would not recommend them as a delivery service.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I ordered really late and was told by the company that the image I submitted wouldn’t print as it was a screenshot they advised me what to do and the amazing Lily sorted out my order kept me updated and got my order out the next day!! So pleased with the cut out thank you so much! Would definitely recommend 😀

Order a cardboard cut out of my Nan who we sadly lost in November as we are having a birthday celebration for her as she would be 75th this year I ordered it on Monday and it came this morning I am so over the moon with it the photo I provided wasn’t the clearest but they have really worked there magic on it thank you so much balloon print
