We stayed one ballsbridge hotel Dublin,this was my second time and it was brilliant.Cloie who deals with customer outing and helps them with anything they want to know. Cloie also helps in the coffee counter nd the restaurant. Cloie is so friendly and cheerful. The restaurant manager was also brilliant and helpful,and the recreation staff are also helpful and always happy nothing is to much.we love this hotel
