Bought items from the Balmain 2 store inside the Dubai Mall and asked two different shop assistants if they were FAKE both said no spent 2128 GBP for items for our son's Christmas & birthdays, only to find once back home they were FAKE. I have emailed the store and did get one reply saying it had been passed on absolutely nothing yet over 16 days. Be very careful if you are thinking of buying any items in Dubai Mall
Never again!
Purchased a Balmain bag in October as a Christmas present online from Flannels. The bag has never been used but I recently went to use it and one of the rivets is missing from the Balmain logo clasp and the remaining three are loose, causing the clasp to fall off. I sent photos to Flannels to demonstrate. Flannels are unable to offer return for repair or refund as the bag was purchased over 6 months ago - instead they are asking me to obtain in independent inspection report before they will consider. The only place I can find a place that undertakes this type of report is £135 and the amount will not be reimbursed. Balmain are unable to assist as it was not purchased directly from them and will not acknowledge the guarantee/warranty is with them as the manufacturer. The bag is unusable and not fit for purpose 😡

Well where do i start lol, so i bought a pair of Balmain shoes from Off Sak 5th about 2 yrs ago, now i noticed that on the right shoe near the sole where the sole meet the material on the side of the shoe the glue is slowly coming undone, so i hit up balmain and they told me if i didn't brought it from balmain and from a authroized third party i would have to hit them up first to see if they could do the repair if not hit them back. So i did that, i hit up off sak 5th and they told me they don' t do repair , so it hit up balmain back through email of course and they told me that i would need recepit and if its over 2 yrs thats its out of warranty, what a joke, so a company to be so expensive and high quality, to only have 2 yrs of warranty towards your workmanship is unacceptable, louie has lifetime warranty on all it work, and now i see why they are the industry standard!

I've now asked for a return and refund but don't hold much hope. Needless to say I won't be making future purchases from Balmain: this is not a luxury item company.

Not sure of the affiliation between Balmain.com and thebalmainworld.com so posting on both entries. My daughter, who is only 14 years old, spent her Christmas money buying a Balmain t-shirt from balmainworld.com. Ordered on March 21st, they took money straight away of course. It is now May 2nd and still no sign of it. Although the website says you can track your parcel, if like mine, which is still saying saying "processing", you want to get hold of them YOU CANNOT. There is no eMail address, no phone number, no online contact form. The Facebook link on the website does not take you anywhere. They do have an Instagram page where they post clothing items. On April 4th I messaged them on their Instagram page asking where my order was but it was completely ignored. You cannot leave feedback on the website. It would appear, after 2.5 months, they take your money and then run. My daughter is immensely upset as this cost her £30 of her savings. How bad is that! Probably the worst retail company I've come across online.
Waste of money!
Another bad experience with this brand.Purchased recently BALMAIN black B logo baseball cap and had to return it straightaway. Retail price is £235 but quality is very poor and is made in Bulgaria. On a top this cap runs very small although it shows TU which is one size. I am 59 cm head and could hardly put it on even when released the closure on full. I used to love Balmain in the past but i don’t think will buy anything from them anymore as they are going nowhere.
Don’t risk your money on a purchase
Purchased a Christmas present 27 November and despite being notified delivery would be 6 days it’s now 12 December and despite texting the business as instructed I’ve still not received a reply message or a present. Very upsetting and unprofessional. Avoid -Balmainworld.com
Do not purchase faulty goods
Purchased a ponytail. Looked after it as instructions. Within a few weeks bottom of ponytail was dry and brittle. Have been trying for months to contact them via email, social media, phone. I get absolutely nothing. These products are expensive too. My thinking is they know these are faulty hence no reply. I've sent pictures to them, nothing in response.
