Contacted them multiple times but tree still not delivered, still at their warehouse. Not responding to any of my queries unfortunately. But they have time to send me questions about customer experience.... Next time I will order from King of Christmas again, I will accept the extra costs for shopping nut much better experience there.

It looks so real
I always wanted to have a tree from Balsam Hills and last year I got us one. It took quite a while to get the tree looking like I wanted it to look but decorated with the christmas tree balls and the included lights the tree looked great. I don't regret it. And putting it back together in the bag was really easy.

Due to a "website glitch" they did not…
Due to a "website glitch" they did not send me the tree I ordered and instead sent the cheapest option. Really disappointing. I had to ask for a discount for the issue.

The 1st time I bought my dream Christmas Tree and it didn’t disappoint. The Quality of this Brand is undeniably good for a product investment. The Delivery was timely. All in all, it was a wholesome experience. Worth It!

Absolutely disappointing delivery!
I ordered at Dec. 11th., on Dec. 12th Balsam Hill sent me a delivery notification (with FedEx). Now we have Dec. 20th. and: nothing happened! The shipment has not yet arrived at FedEx and it seems that it will never be delivered until Dec. 24th.
Well ... not the best reference for an online-shop specialised on christmas trees! My recommendation: Hand off this service!!
