Ordered 10kg of egg powder. They say it was delivered, we were in all day. Nothing. They don't reply to emails. STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE! Willing to take down this review if they rectify this situation.
This company does not reply to enquiries. Tried using their own on-line form - no reply. Then I sent an email-no reply.
There is no phone number, either.
Therefore cannot be trusted.

I placed 2 orders of 2 blocks of alum from this company using amazon as the middleman. I received 1 order with 2 blocks. I contacted the company and was informed that I had received my order. When I contacted amazon I was told to contact the seller. The amazon two step is becoming the norm with anything bought online from any company. The customer is the person who pays for the goods not some greedy middleman.
