I am very disappointed with my gmt watch you sent me yesterday (15/04/26) order number 13818. The GMT hand is running slow not keeping the correct time. I discovered this straight away and I feel this would of been avoided if the watch was quality controlled before sending out.
I have previously brought a watch from you and I was so happy with it that I went as far as leaving a glowing review on trust pilot and also recommend your brand to my family and friends.
I would appreciate a phone call or a email asap so I can send the watch back and receive a full refund and a refund for tracking postage to be sent back.

Unexpected good quality, amazing watches, perfect customer service and delivery and yes, amazing price for those great watches.

Bought a solar chronograph and after a year the capacitor is dead and watch will not charge in light. Should have got a normal quartz watch if the capacitor lasts no longer than a normal battery

Watch arrived well packaged and in good condition .
Watch arrived within the expected time .
Quality of of the watch itself is far better than the price would suggest , have since ordered 2 more watches on the back of this experience , probably add more Baltany to my collection , really good homages

I ordered a watch from their website and when it arrived the crown was stuck and would not move. I then returned it to a company called Wristtime uk as per the packaging for a refund. However I was informed by Baltany that they were an agent and there was nothing they could do about a refund. I have emailed Wristtime without success and I am still awaiting a reply / refund.

bought automatic retro military 24h with calendar, it arrived very well presented and sooner than expected, watch is well made with good attention to detail and keeps good time, overall I am very impressed with whole experience and will purchase another watch soon

This watch meets or exceeds many of my requirements - strong and simple face, great lume, no battery to replace, beautiful leather strap, interesting brand story. In addition I got excelent customer service and a brand that has several more watches that could tempt me.

The watch itself is done to a very high standard. Unfortunately the strap stitching broke in under 18 months of use, not really good enough.
I contacted Baltany but got no reply.

A really interesting watch with separate dials for hours, minutes and seconds, quality look and keeps good time for a mechanical (automatic) movement, about + 6 seconds/day, well within industry standard for this type of watch.

This dress watch is exquisite, offering exceptional value. Its dimensions are ideally suited for my wrist. I highly recommend this timepiece.

I treated myself to a 1926 Oyster Tribute watch from Baltany. I've worn it every day for over 2 weeks now and love it. Delivery was supposed to take 15 days, but it actually came in 12. The attention to detail is great - it looks and feels like a "brand new old stock" vintage watch. It's well made and also seems to be keeping very good time. It's honestly a quite incredible automatic watch for the same price as a good high street brand like Seiko or Citizen.
