Obscene delivery services + poor customer service
I bought a double Belfast sink from this company. I purchased on Monday evening (19:14). On their website, they give an example of how delivery timeframes work and the one given stated that if a customer placed an order on a Monday EVENING, they would have the product delivered on Wednesday (i.e. within 48 hours). In addition to placing the order as normal on Monday evening, I followed up with an email to inform that I needed the sink ASAP and was told that the delivery would be scheduled for delivery between Wednesday and Thursday. The sink never arrived and, after lots of chasing, the company agreed to ensure that the sink was delivered on the Friday. On Friday morning, at 6.20 am, the entire household was woken up by ringing and loud knocking at the door - the delivery from Balterley !! I have never had a delivery at such an anti-social hour and all I can say is that I will never buy from Balterley again; they don't respect their own delivery timeframes, customer service is pretty useless and delivery is effected by unprofessional people who deliver at obscene hours. They didn't deserve my £450 but it was only because I was desperate for a sink. Thankfully, the sink arrived in 1 piece but they hadn’t sent a suitable number of personnel, so the driver ended up asking for help to transport the 30kg sink from van to house. Useless planning!

Arrived in good time.
Arrived in good time but when trying to install discovered a washer missing, it was suggested that I buy one from local hardware store. This I did and all sorted except for dribbling from the shower connection, replaced washer in shower hose but still happening, will contact Balterley for further advice.

Poor quality goods
Damaged, poor protection in box, wrong doors, poor quality. Not worth the money and I am waiting for them to be returned. notified Balterley the same day (3 days ago) and collection still not sorted.

Speed of delivery was was A++
Speed of delivery was was A++. I ordered the item later afternoon and the item was delivered early morning the following day. The customer service was also excellent I made an incorrect order and reached out to the company and they fulfilled the correct order without any fuss. I even received the replacement order delivery free.
I recommend Balterley to anyone who is looking to purchase bathroom and kitchen supplies.
