Awful customer service + experience
The sink I ordered was out of stock, they did not tell me that once the order was received so I waited 3 days before making contact via email when it did not turn up and the tracking order they gave me was wrong. They would not call me about it - there is no number to call them. They failed to resolve my order, and gave fleeting intermittent responses to simple questions like, when can I expect a refund? Baring in mind the sink is expensive. I have also ordered parts to fit this sink which I now also have to return, and finally the out of stock sink is still available to purchase - on B&Q and Amazon, so this may well be happening to you in the near future. Awful (I mean dreadful) customer service.

Outstanding service
Firstly, delivery of the item I purchased was next day with great communication and exceptionally polite delivery person.
I then realised I’d ordered the wrong panel and without any quibble a returns collection was organised again with the same great communication and politeness.
Unfortunately I cannot actually get what I need from this company but they will certainly be the first place I look in the future and 100% recommend to everyone.

I've been waiting over a week since…
I've been waiting over a week since delivery was first promised. Unable to get plumber etc as planned. No communications from Balterley apart from replies to my queries. Second delivery date already gone. I was told I would be informed of progress but 4 days have passed since any one has contacted me. I would like to have a phone contact to speak person to person but not available. This is my first experience over years of online buying that I have had such poor service. Still waiting!

Poor customer experience
I ordered a basin and tap, 2 days after it should have been delivered I contacted them, to be told it’s out of stock for 3 weeks! I cancelled the order and waiting for the refund. They could have been pro-active and tell me the items were out of stock rather than leaving me hanging and waiting for me to contact them. Not good customer service. And their emails come from a strange email address making you think it could be spam.

Pointless Customer Service
Customer service have clearly been outsourced and are less than useless. Had to cancel my order after I didn't receive updates related to postage and customer service said they couldn't give me any updates, estimated dispatch details or even commit to the 2 days delivery stated on the website. They couldn't even share details of someone who might be able to help.
