Returnerade smycke samma vecka som jag fick det eftersom det inte såg ut som på bilderna. Har skrivit mail och skickat sms och har inte fått något som helst svar. Nu har det gått mer än 2 veckor! Mycket dåligt!

Jag fick svar igår och återbetalning och därför ändrade jag omdömmet. Dock tog det över 2 veckor att få något svar. Ett "vi ska hantera din återbetalning när vi mottagit varan" hade räckt långt.
