High quality clothes!
Shipping was fast, clothes were high quality! I was nervous ordering because of the reviews here, but I am very pleased I went through with it

In general everything went súper smith to buy the garments and the shipping was faster except that I made to ship to my mother in law address in holland so my husband found bring it.

Issues with the refund
Never received my parcel, as the courier had an issue and it was returned. After contacting the customer service they reassured me that they will proceed with a refund as soon as the parcel gets back. It took 2 months of emails that most times were not replied and after making a dispute to my bank they got back with the refund.

I bought two dresses and a top from this website, and at no point in the buying process was I told the clothes were coming from the EU, and that I was be liable for an import charge, which was absolutely extortionate, and would be ruinous for some. This is hidden in another section of the website, alongside the notice that they don’t accept returns outside of the EU. So this company has cost me nearly 500£ for clothes that might not fit. You are told that shipping is free, which again tricks you into a false sense of security. It has been incredibly stressful trying to manage this situation. It is a web shop, and this information NEEDS to be made available at all stages of the buying process.
The fact the website yells as soon as you land on the site, DESIGNED IN LONDON, MADE IN GREECE, is again another trick to make you feel like there will be no issue with having clothes sent to the UK. The customer service is severe, and at this point it basically feels like a scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! It’s a glorified insta shop who tricks its customers to get international orders. I cannot see how this way of working is helpful for them, looking at the other reviews here. Seriously avoid!

Avoid. If shipping to the uk you will get heavy fees - I even split my order in to two, to avoid this, and Esthe sent the orders together - to save themselves the delivery cost costing me nearly £100 more on top of what I paid for what turned out to be not great quality garments. Will NEVER shop with them again.
Terrible return process
I ordered two garments, but the quality did not meet my expectations. I returned them following the instructions on the website (though the process was quite difficult). Unfortunately, it took 5 weeks for them to process the return. I won’t be ordering again.

I am quite frustrated I didn't read reviews prior to purchasing... The import costs were not clear on the website and when I reached out to ask about this (~29% of the cost I spent on the actual clothes), they were not as responsive asI would have liked them to be. Reading the other reviews, it seems like their customer service is not ideal and I really wish people read this to just know that they will have to pay very high import fees if ordering from the US and their CS team might not be as responsive as you would imagine given the costs of the garments and the supposed high quality. On top of this, they said they would not take returns so the only option I had was to pay the fees or not get the package delivered.... :( :( :(

This Company has absolutely no willingness to communicate with their customers nor are they shipping anything near the time they Said it would be dispatched. So if buying for an event, ensure to purchase a few weeks prior or you might miss it.
And the so called customer service people are not replying no matter how many channels you try to reach them through.

Trust the negative 50%
If you're reading this and are on the fence about whether to order from Esthe, consider this your sign to NOT order. I saw that the reviews were split 50/50, and I hoped I would be one of the happy customers. I deeply regret my choice.
Here is a list of issues I encountered and reasons to think twice before ordering from this company:
* Misleading Sustainability Claims & Return Hassles: It is clear their investment is in newsletter and social media marketing. Once you sign up, you are bombarded with emails, offering you also discount codes for the things in your shopping card (there was definitely some technology investment there). On the other hand, the customer support for returns is completely unresponsive. I can confirm my return was delivered more than one and a half week ago, and despite two emails to them, I have received no update or refund.
* Inconsistent Shipping Policies: Shipping to you is fast (two days), but returning an item is a completely different story. You are responsible for organizing and paying for the return yourself, which cost me nearly 24€. This feels inconsistent, as even smaller businesses can facilitate returns for customers by arranging shipping and reducing costs.
* Flawed Eco-Friendly Packaging: The company boasts about using recycled plastic for their shipping bags. However, shipping carriers like DHL refused to accept the parcel in this material, forcing me to buy and use a new box. This completely defeats the purpose of their supposed environmental efforts.
* Overpriced and Underwhelming Quality: The clothing is overpriced for what you get. The quality of the fabric and construction does not justify the price.
* Poor Sizing for Tall People: As a tall person, I found that the proportions of the clothing were completely off and did not work for my height.
Overall, a company that claims to be sustainable and environmentally conscious should have a more holistic approach to its business strategy, especially concerning the return process (shipping and packaging) for an e-commerce brand. It feels that all their investment lies in selling the product, but to keep people purchasing, there should be more investment in things that increase costumer satisfaction and the purchasing experience.
I am very unhappy and disappointed with my experience at ESTHE. Be smart, listen to the negative reviews, and DO NOT ORDER THERE!
Absolutely beautiful and truly unique…
Absolutely beautiful and truly unique clothes. Fast delivery. Among 4 items I ordered a green/blue top which is now my absolute favorite, and get complimented on it everywhere I go. I had to return 2 items and the return process was fairly smooth, as long as you read the instructions properly. A bit expensive (25 €) to make a return with UPS, but I don’t mind when I know I’ve supported a small European based company, that actually cares about recycling and the environment.
Super-fast delivery, wonderful design, but not true to size!
Ordered a skirt - it is stunning! I am usually size M, but ordered size L so the skirt would have more length. The design is beautiful and the delivery came quickly. However, I can not even close it in the waist! It is just SO SMALL! My waistline is completely normal so there is a huge discrepancy in the measurements of this skirt. Even XXL would not be fitting me around the waist and after reading reviews here of the return process, I am also hesitant to return it. Now stuck with a great looking skirt that fits perfectly everywhere else, except around the waist. Bummer!

The return process was swift and seamless. I returned some items that didn’t fit.I received clear instructions and the reimbursement to my account was processed immediately upon receipt of the return. Returns are not free and the customer needs to pay for them, but this is standard for many smaller companies which don’t have the means of the big online sale platforms. ESTHE is a good local company, supports EU manufacturing employing local seamstresses and sells cool clothing.

Bad Bad Bad! I received items that were clearly the wrong size / or wrongly produced. I had to pay for the return even though the return is not my fault but a mess up from their side. After speaking to the customer support they just sad they can't help me. Really bad customer service.

I’m okay with paying return/shipping costs but the return address isn’t correct, or the company says it’s the fault of the carrier.
Instead of looking for a solution, I receive a standard response that makes no real effort to resolve the issue. This feels like fraud on your part. Despite multiple emails and messages via social media, no proper solution has been offered. Never for me an order here again. Be warned.

Absolutely dreadful! Avoid at all costs! Jumper is shapeless and extremely poor quality. Won't accept returns from the UK and huge import taxes charged. I've wasted nearly £200 on an item that's unwearable. Esthe shouted be ashamed
