I have just had Balustrade Express fit balustrades around our terrace area. They look fantastic! They took great care with the fitting making sure not to damage any tiles or brickwork. The finish is of a very high quality. I would highly recommend this company.

I'm very satisfied, the pre-sales service was excellent, making sure that the measurements and order was correct for my project. The delivery was fine, with the driver ensuring the order was complete; additionally he made sure that I knew to open the adjusting bolts prior to fitting. The only slightly negative point would be that instructions or a link to the fitting video should be provided with each order. I recommend Balustrade Express, good job.

Excellent pre sales service providing help to ensure the measurements and order is correct for specific use. Really fast delivery arrange too.
Had a problem in that a glass panel and fittings was missing from the delivery but they rushed through the manufacturing and personally delivered the panel within a week. Good job!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The initial quote from Emma was half the price of competitors and Emma and Bart came out to fo the measurements as our ballustrade has lots of angles and inclines. We had email support to help with the fitting and the end result is stunning. Well done Ballustrade Express.

I own a landscaping company and needed this project completed quickly, which Balustrade Express delivered! Great company to work with, and they've been quite helpful from the beginning. Emma, who created the balustrade for our raised terrace area, was really responsive to my needs. The glass balustrade is fantastic; it has completely altered the back of the customers house. I have no reservations in recommending this business and will be purchasing in the future.

Excellent service at a very low cost. They supplied all the items required including a thread tapping tool and even some WD40. Also very friendly and helpful. They delivered the steel within a few days so I could install that before the glass arrived a couple of weeks later. I would definitely recommend Balustrade Express

This started brilliantly. Emma was fantastic at getting my order through to make our deadline. Comms were great and she was super helpful. Great price too. The glass arrived the day they said it would but there were fitting pieces missing so we couldn't fit it.

They had had pictures of the space and never asked me what material it would be fit to (wood) and I didn't know I had to ask about it - I don't know what I don't know, you know? People like me are reliant on the companies who do this for a living to ask the relevant questions.

Their comms suddenly went quiet and then got a seemingly snappy/defensive message reply on FB telling us to get the fixings on Amazon (which we couldn't, long story).

All I needed was them to send what we needed in the post and we would have been good to go.

It dragged on for weeks. Some rubber pieces arrived in the post (with no communication) which were the wrong ones and they continued to ignore my emails.

What a massive shame. I haven't been difficult during it either to warrant the lack of respect I felt I was getting having spent thousands of pounds with them. Yeah, a real shame :-(

Cannot praise the company and staff to highly after the excellent service I've had from initial quote for a balustrade right through installation and follow up. The customer service from Emma was above excellent. The installation team of Bart, Chris and apprentice could not have been more professional and helpful. The after service from Chris and Emma was once again first rate and I would recommend the company to anyone. It was a fist class experience.

We chose polished exterior stainless steel and glass, and it really looks great! British stainless steel at a good price, and excellent quality. The installation went well and was much easier than I had expected. The tools and instruction video provided by Balustrade Express helped a lot, well worth using. Very impressed with this company and all the help received from Emma. We approached a few companies but Balustrade Express answered all our questions. Delivery was within the time specified. The quality of the frameless balustrade is excellent. Would definitely recommend them.

As a landscape design and build contractor, I incorporated stainless steel/glass balustrade along the edge of a raised paved area. I had a number of quotes and settled on Balustrade Express for their competitive price, lead time and knowledge.
The finished article sets off the whole design and the quality of workmanship and materials used were second to none. I won't hesitate in using them again and will offer balustrading to more customers in the future.
