Love the new app, easy to use and lovely on the eye

My workout with Jay (@twerkgirlghana) was amazing. One of my favourite classes - the music is bomb, there great interaction and the arm challenge is - WHEW - got my triceps on fiiiiiire! Great bit of fire to get a last burst of energy on a Tuesday evening! 11/10 would recommend!!!

Bam Bam Boogie saved my quarantine ass and now I cant imagine life without this amazing community! Way more than just another fitness class. This is a whole way of life where your confidence and self love grows and grows, regardless of body shape and starting level - yes even if you're shy. Results are amazing and there's lots of bang for your buck! So much respect and love to Bami for her teaching style and for creating this and to each one of the instructors for being fabulous in their own right! If you're even just curious about trying a twerk class, try this! I guarantee you'll be hooked!

Honestly Bam Bam Boogie dance fitness got me through the very difficult COVID-19 lockdown. When all of the madness started, I was feeling really down and I couldn't get myself to do anything. Then I came across an ad for Bam Bam Boogie on Facebook and decided to join. It was the best decision I could have made! Not only did I get myself up from the couch and to exercise in a really fun and engaging way, but the positive affirmations at the end of each class and the positive vibes from the instructors and the whole community really lifted my spirits overall! I joined these classes over lockdown because I needed some motivation to get moving at home. I am sooo gutted I didn't try these classes before that though because they have not only improved how I can move my body and my general fitness but I have truly never loved myself more, had more self confidence and honestly have never been happier to be who I am right now, in this moment. The instructors are so encouraging, dedicated and kind. The environment of the classes is so refreshing and so SO inclusive; they really welcome anyone of any ability with the openest of arms and biggest of virtual hugs!! It feels like I am dancing and having fun with my friends every session. If you're wondering whether to do them, please do! You most certainly won't regret it.

I've taken several classes from different instructors and always end class feeling happier and, well, sweaty! This group is inclusive and welcoming. Thank you for some fun in my living room during this pandemic!

Bam Bam Boogie is FANTASTIC!!! The instructors are wonderful. There are so many different classes to choose from, there is something for everyone. This is a safe, supportive, inclusive group where you can dance, exercise and have fun.

Oh my goodness. Try this! Words can't describe the experience of moving our bodies and shaking our booties together, even if it's online. Each class teaches you some new moves AND ends with a meditation session on self love. Absolutely love it! I am already hooked after a couple of sessions and my technique has improved 1000%. Can't wait to try all different styles.

Bam Bam Boogie is amazing! The classes are well taught, so much fun and such a good workout. The teachers are all incredible, so inspiring and motivating. I always feel brilliant afterwards. It is also super handy to be able to do it from your own home! Go on girls ye are legends!

I absolutely LOVE Bami and her classes! So much fun, and filled with so much positivity and energy. The classes are really varied and there's a whole range, whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced. This is a great app! I use it weekly to book classes - makes the process of booking and cancelling if you have to really simple, and gives you the insta handle of every instructor you’ll be working with. It also looks cute which is a nice added bonus!

I love all of the online classes I’ve done through the Bam Bam Boogie App. They are very accessible for beginners and for people new to exercise or dance. They are a fun and empowering way to get fit!
