Corrective Action - Client Service Recovery
During our onboarding experience with Bambee, our employees were sent a welcome email without my approval and before we had the opportunity to tell the employees who Bambee was and how we would be working together. Bambee owned up to the accident, made some account changes and provided financial compensation for unnecessary trouble caused with pre-mature employee communication.
