Received wrong pjs. Sent multiple emails, messaged on instagram and messenger and no reply! Poor customer service and you may not get what you ordered.

I bought pj set from them sept 6, 2025 and I live internationally and they still have not shown up now. I asked the company via email what is going with my package. They informed I can not track my package even though there is tracking number. Never buy from them if you live internationally they are no help at all. never buy from them.

Customer service was good; products fit large
Customer service was good, though it must take place via email, since we can’t telephone them. Note that the office is closed on Fridays.
I had to return-for-refund the two sizes of ladies’ pyjamas I bought, as they were too big. The size Small is better for me, although I don’t normally fit into a Small size of clothing. The fabric is comfortable but heavy in weight (so I won’t take them travelling). There were almost no colours left in size Small, so I ended up with a colour I don’t like, just to finalize the exchange.
Judging by the models on the website, it does not appear to be a diverse company.
I believe this is a Canadian company, not USA.
