No communication one week delayed of pre order.
I place my pre order on May 30, (ship by 15/06/23 original shipping date) this item is a gift and delivery with different address. I made a follow up on 19/6/23 because I did not receive any email that the item is delay. My order did not come on time. Received the item 27/6/23.

Just like yourself, many customers placed their order one month in advance as the item was on pre-order. So we had an overwhelming amount of orders by the 15 June so we couldn't make it on time as we would have anticipated.

Bath game upgraded
I love my new bath caddy and cushion. I’m just so much more comfortable. I bought the cushion for pain and it’s sooooo much better! The caddy is excellent with everything that fits. Reading in the bath has never been better.
