Great Design
I've used a very basic printer since 2013, and it was a battle most of the time. This printer is basically 'set it and forget it' easy to use with great results. Add the storage and auto feed of 4 different color filaments and I'm blown away! Being a engineer, I can tell the amount of development that went into the firmware by watching the preprint self calibrations. Amazing!
Good Quality
Delivery was prompt, and product as described. I can always trust the product.
My X2D was delivered in 2 days.
My X2D was delivered in 2 days.. the filaments took more time than that, but they’re great.
Really good but please open the ecosystem!
Heard many good things about bambu. But as I'm an engineer and really interested in modding the printer, I would prefer bambu to go back to their roots and be open for the community. Many big companies are choosing full open source over closed source and beat the market because accessibility. Would love to see this!

Disappointed- no spools. Pay attention
We just purchased the bamboo lab printer, and we wanted to buy some filament so as a new buyer, I didn’t actually realize that the filament was a refill and didn’t come with a spool so I got the package opened it up. I see no spools and then I needed to figure out how now I get spools so the experience wasn’t good. I think on the website it could’ve been very clear that you’re buying it without a school. Are you sure and to just highlight the difference of buying with or without a spool so now I’m left with no spools and I need to figure it out and spend more money on more spools and my kids cannot start printing.

Great printers with Garbage Customer Service
Great printers, poor customer service. The printers are truly plug and play. If you don't want to spend endless hours figuring out how to use a 3D printer, this is the brand to get. Unfortunately, the customer service is garbage. They take several days to respond to emails and require you to take a picture of everything, delaying resolution by a few more days. When they do give you some kind of answer, it is to tell you to follow the steps in a wiki on how to (potentially) solve the problem.

Great products
I made multiple purchases from bamboo labs. Everything is easy, very reasonably priced and great quality.
We've had the H2D with auto spooler (AMS) for…
We've had the H2D with auto spooler for about 8 months now. It is very useful. We've printed ornaments, parts, and other smaller items like feet covers for chair legs, sealing rings, crosses, small 3d pictures, etc. You could print all this on several other printers, but our H2D has worked without trouble this whole time. The instructions/program is a bit annoying at times and not quite user friendly, so be prepared to figure out what means what. Remember it is from china; they don't exactly have the same mindset as Americans! I will say that ALL (but one young man) of their customer service reps are professional and extremely helpful-they get 6 stars! The problem is that, gracious, the filament and shipping are pricey! The AMS does NOT keep your spools/filaments dry. Plan for this in advance! We ordered reusable bags and a small vacuum sealer. It's kind of a pain, but far better than having to redry everything over and over whenever you want a new color. Oh, be very careful when switching a plain filament roll to one of the reusable spools. You've got to hear that "CLICK" before you let go! Yep, we lost an entire new roll of filament, not because it went everywhere, but because it just wasn't tight enough to use!
I purchased a brand-new Bambu Lab…
I purchased a brand-new Bambu Lab printer through Canada Computers, and since the beginning I have had ongoing issues, starting with the heated fan and then AMS/filament problems.
I have spent months troubleshooting, sending videos, and following support instructions, yet up to now there is still no solution. It is very disappointing having to constantly wait for replies with repeated troubleshooting instructions while support still seems unsure what the actual problem is.
Now they believe the issue may be the filament sensor and are asking me to replace the sensor myself while my warranty claim is still ongoing.
After nearly 3 months, I still do not have a properly working printer as originally purchased.

Having problems with extruder and it is very difficult to fix. The parts are very small. The instructions I got were only in Japanese and don't seem to cover the problem I have.
