Can't buy their products on Amazon / Customer support is inadequate
When we try buying their products on Amazon, it says it can't ship it to our location. Mind you, we can order the SAME products from Walmart. When I reached out to them, they inquired about the specific issue I was having, but they never got back to me beyond that. I know it's not a safety issue or a shipping issue, otherwise I wouldn't be able to buy their product on Walmart's website, nor would I be able to buy a similar product from a different brand on Amazon. This isn't like a product I could only get in the US for example, but not in Canada. This is a product EXTREMELY widely accessible in Canada.
It's impossible to recommend a company when you're not even able to buy their product on the most well known commerce platform. As for customer support, it's not much of a support when they are unable to: Offer a non-bogus explanation, offer to assist, OR to let me know that they will look into the issue and get back to me.
