Not received payment and cant make contact
Redeemed my points for £6 paypal transfer on 1 March. Received email confirmation from them. Now 8th April and still not been paid. Get a 'service unavailable' message when I try and use the contact box on site. Given they only give out 35 prizes a month, an 8 week (and rising) delay is ridiculous.
