I have been trying to get in contact with Banana Moon for a month now and no one has been able to help me. I have sent Whatsapps, I have emailed and I have tried to call. The phone was put down on me when I called and I have not received any replies on my email. I rarely write negative reviews and this time I just had to. I am so so disappointed.

Horrible customer service and website
Horrible customer service and website. Its my first time I decided to buy from them. Figured out couple of swimming suits and beach cover, try to enter to my account, no luck , just sent back to reregister again and again, contact customer service . all they advices is to re-register....how lovely...already done. doesn't work... second advice is to wait and try later....ok.. done as well..no luck..no entering and at the end I was so depressed from trying and unhelpful customer service replies that I just bought from other platform. And sizing..its so hard to understand what size is correct for you...so many charts and its all mixed ...and I after I learned that you need to pay for the return courier...no ways...bad and customer service...

It is just not acceptable that you pay…
It is just not acceptable that you pay 8.50 shipping for a 100$ bikini. Then again need to pay shipping costs when you need to return the item because the size is not OK.
I would not recommend anybody to order here. The terms and conditions are not of this world.

Quality on these bathing suits are…
Quality on these bathing suits are terrible! If your going to be spending over $100 on a set I would expect the quality to be fantastic, but that was not the case. After wearing the bathing suit only once it was starting to fray and come apart. I want to return but I think I’m past their 15 day return policy. I do not recommend buying for this company.

Excellent products and service! I placed my first order online ( I used to go to the store while on vacations) and it arrived super fast and the products are perfect! The + the swimsuits come in a plastic pouch which is make it easier to carry them around.

horrible customer service, difficult returns
I will never order form this company again and wish I never did. I ordered two bathing suits for my daughters. First of all we had a problem getting the package. The customer service department was no help finding my package. Once I did finally get my package, the suits are not true to size and needed to be returned. That process is super antiquated. You cannot input the return online like every other company does and you have to pay for your own shipping. I have little faith that we will get this return resolved especially after reading other bad reviews. Save yourself a headache and order elsewhere.

Terrible customer service
I have purchased Banana Moon clothes before in stores but this was the first time I ordered through their online store. It is safe to say this will also be the last time! I have been trying to get in contact with their customer service since the day I have made my order so that I could cancel the order to modify it but they never responded and shipped the order anyways. The order never arrived, I contacted the courier who said I need to contact Banana Moon but once again my efforts failed as Banana Moon never responded. I have sent several emails and made many calls but no answer. I am so disappointed by this experience, I just want my refund and forget this whole terrible experience. I would think twice about ordering from their online store.

Did not get my money back
A few months ago I ordered some bathing suits online, received them on time but had to return some of them. I returned them in august, but still haven't got my money back. I already emailed the costumer service a couple of times, I've called them but nobody is answering.
