Untrustworthy ingredients and poor service

I made a telephone order this evening at the Maida vale branch.
When making the order, I asked the guy to repeat the order back which he did correctly.
My husband collected the order.
When we opened the order we found the rice missing.
My husband returned to the restaurant and they told him we hadn’t ordered it, not true.
When we looked in the bag again we found the chicken missing which is part of the Laksa soup.
I then walked to the restaurant and said this was missing.
They then proceeded to reluctantly cook up what was supposed to be chicken.
When I was given it at the counter, I opened the container and couldn’t see the chicken or noodles, it just looked very different than the normal serving. I asked the man at the till and he assured me it was correct
When I got home I discovered they had thrown in scraps of bits of fatty duck.
This was clearly deliberate.
This is the second time we have had items missing from our order.
But I am more concerned of them throwing any left over scraps of meat, not just for hygiene reasons but for people with allergies.
I will definitely not risk ordering from her again.
