Thank you so much Simon for patiently installing my tv, I am very grateful for the time you spent with me.

Following switchover by BT to Digital Voice I have been without landline or wifi access in my (garden) home office despite numerous calls to and visits from BT/ Openreach engineers.

This company solved the [problem within a week of my enquiring, connecting (invisibly and neatly) a lead from hub to office. Quick, efficient, neat and tidy and cost less than I expected.

Thank you sooo much Simon for your experience, patience and great work! Thanks for utilising my old TV Brackets rather than the new one.

Thanks for not minding having myself and kids watching you as you worked your magic removing my old TV and installing my new tv!

You proactively brought installation date forward to match TV delivery and helped get call centre to add my tv removal when Currys missed it off.

Purchased Samsung One Connect Box TV, so complicated to set up.
Simon made it look easy but that's because he is a professional and you definitely need a professional for these types of tv.
Purchased to make life easier for my 94yr old father who's seriously sight impaired, finding it difficult to see/use a remote control the voice control perfect.
FreeSat box removed, tv tuned into FreeSat channels and voice control set, thought great !!!!
Simon left, not long after we realised can't record, pause or play live TV so still needing help.
Some suggestions/advice would have been appreciated as we're left with FreeSat, voice control but no way to record, pause or play live tv !!!!
£70 is a lot for half an hours work when more has to be done to achieve what is needed for my father from this tv, so I'm disappointed.
