Neprofesionalni i koriste zastarele procedure
Blokirali su mi nalog za elektronsko bankarstvo zbog navodnog višestrukok neuspešnog pokušaja logovanja (što je nemoguće jer se logujem sa password menagerom).
Korisnička podrška ne može da reši problem na Facebook-u jer ne mogu da potvrde identitet, nego mora da se zove telefonom, pošto tako mogu da utvrde identitet?? Smešno i žalosno.
Otvorim novi nalog sa istim korisničkim imenom. Piše, poslednji neuspeli pokušaj logovanja pre više od godinu dana. I nikom ništa. A naknada za pretrpljeni strah?
