I have both used bancor.network and it's competitors uniswap and balancer. Looking for these websites on trustpilot indicates that the user has not quite understood what these platforms are. The forementioned platforms and called Automatic Market Makers (AMM) and they and all their competitors who are also AMMs do not involve human interaction. They are software programms that allow you to swap crypto currencies directly from your crypto wallet. AMMs exist for only a few years now, and have only recently gained in popularity. Traditional exchange platforms require users to first sends funds to that traditional exchange, make the swap on the exchange, then sends the new currency back to the user's wallet. The time these funds are with the exchange is where the user needs to trust the exchange to honour the agreement of ever sending anything back. For those kind of websites trustpilot is of course excellent.
Amongst them, AMMs do have different qualities.
But trustpilot is not about which platform is better so I will not elaborate on which AMM I find best.
I purchased a few BTC to invest in WolfOfCoinStreet.com and it took a while to verify me but that's life. Not the fastest way but Bancor is a decent service.
