BandooPatch.com aka Comify Limited: Scam Alert!!!

I purchased the Bandoo Patch for $17.95 which was after a 70% discount.However, Bandoo charged me the full amount of $60.91.
I immediately canceled the order, (within 5 minutes if not less). In fact, I received an email saying my order was not processed.Then 2 days later Bandoo goes ahead and processes the order.
Bandoo refuses to rectify the billing error. Basically saying they shipped it and it can't be changed.
Moreover, it appears they have no intention of honoring a return.
