Selection is remarkable. Based on the aftermarket for Apple Watch bands Bandwerk is a bit pricier than other leather bands. The quality seems very good and the integration with the watch is excellent.

One of the best iPhone case I ever had. Simple yet so elegant. Customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with case and they resolve the issue right away. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

The watch band is very well engineered and constructed out of parts that are screwed together. The fit on my Apple Watch Ultima 2 is perfect. The inclusion of the adjusting tools and block in the packaging is a very thoughtful and a nice touch. Shipping was fast and the band was packaged very well. Thank you for offering such a high quality item for purchase in the US.

I ordered a watch band and leather iPhone case. The watch band came and it is exquisite… exactly as described and just lovely.

Unfortunately, the phone case never arrived. I reached out to support and even though the tracking info showed the case was delivered, thus not the company’s fault, AND against company policy, they shipped me another one!

Now that’s how companies should threat customers. ❤️❤️❤️

preordered a metal case in october, promised to get it beginning of december. no update until mid january. cancelled my order. never again

I finally received my iPhone 16 Pro Max metal case and cover from Bandwerk after placing my order in November 2024. The product finally arrived today, February 6, 2025, following an extended wait due to distribution challenges.

I’ve ordered an Apple Watch band in November 2024 and they charged my credit card in December 2024.

However, I am still waiting for the band!!! I am never ordering from Bandwerk again.

I have ordered three bands from Bandwerk. Their craftsmanship is amazing and well worth the price.

The third band was a gift ordered for Christmas. It was due to arrive in time but due to a flight carrier cancellation it did not. Not the fault of Bandwerk but ultimately I wasn’t able to gift it in time and requested a return.

Bandwerk did everything possible to make things right (discount, waive shipping, etc.) but as I could not gift it anymore I had to return and they gladly complied.

Very easy, transparent and trustworthy.

So I’ve had the titanium wrap/leather iPhone 15 pro case for several months now. The case is easily the best phone case I’ve ever owned. Installing or removing the case is a breeze. Includes several small screws (in case you lose one and you will. And a precision screwdriver) you need to unscrew to screws to put on the case.
Their communication has vastly improved. I will easily purchase another phone case when I upgrade my phone in the future. The case has held up extremely well.

Bought that Titanium watch band for the Ultra Apple Watch. Very impressed! Excellent craftsmanship, looks and feels elegant.

Robust leather, good mobile grip & non slip. Fits like a glove & looks sporty & cool.
Since it has a very tight grip on the mobile, taking it off, is a bit problematic. Nothing happens to the phone, but you feel it might snap for a second. That don’t discourage me from taking it out & putting it back in a few times. It gave a high sense of phone safety if an accident happens.

Best gift for your Apple Watch. Looks like Apple made it to perfectly coordinate with watch. Love it!

I bought a case for my iPhone 16 pro. They claimed it would be delivered in 5-10 days. It has past 10 days and still not received what I purchase. I am unable to obtain helpful information on exactly what has happened to the item I purchased. I sent an email last week to them and received no response as of today.

It’s hard to find a product anymore that meets or exceeds expectations. I would say Bandwerk products met and exceeded all expectations. First I purchased a watch band, and immediately fell in love with it that I purchased a iPhone case to match.

I love them both, they look fantastic, and are obviously build to last.

The overall quality of Bandwerk's Apple Watch Ultra Leather bands are very, very good and diverse. However the order I received had two Leather bands with four adapters that were bigger than the slot so they were extremely tight sliding in and very difficult to remove. I ordered four leather bands in total the other two had completely different looking adaptors that fit with ease as they should. I contacted CS 3x via their inquiry on the website I received one response. That is poor customer service. I had to purchase additional adaptors to FIT the leather bands. I reside in the US and going through the motion of returning them would cost more than buying adaptors that fit
