Buyer beware with this Company
Buyer beware with this Company, thought we were making progress. Bought an inverter, was only putting out half the rate. We paid for an Electrician to tell us it was only putting out half.They weren’t interested till I did a review here awhile back. Emails backwards and forwards, months and months gone by. long story short they were going to send us another one under warranty, we waited and waited. Asked where it was, got to order it, they had one in stock, why can’t u send that one, oh o.k What finally turned up was a small part which they believe maybe one of the problems. Email backed, where’s the inverter as on the order was the photo and information on the inverter we originally ordered. Very crafty move, emailed back to say we r not an electrician. No reply. PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM, WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. VERY VERY HARD WORK TO DEAL WITH AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF REPLACING UNDER WARRANTY. BAD NEWS. I only gave them 1 star only to be able to do this review.
This is what we got today and how they get away by not honouring the warranty, drag it out and then say the warranty has run out.
PLEASE BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK ALL THEIR REVIEWS AND BUY OFF SOMEONE ELSE

This product we only used once before when the product was faulty, being trying since then to get action.
They just keep bluffing all the time.
