A long time M&S card holder!!
I’ve had an M&S credit card for many years and never encountered any problems or issues - I am an OAP so appreciate that I do not have any problems with this card - I do use it often and also I pay it off every month so don’t have any interest to pay! I also use it to get my travel money whenever I’m going abroad - it’s rates always seem to be good and no charge for using the card to buy the money!! Thank you M&S!

The quickest and most secure way to send payments to us is direct from your bank account you see. We appreciate the challenges faced, but currently you are able to make a debit card payment over the telephone using our automated payment service. Just call the number showing on the reverse of your card. Going forward though, you may like to re-consider updating your mandate to claim your full outstanding balance each month, as you should receive your monthly statement via Royal Mail in 6 days from your statement date. You may wish to check out any previous or current disruptions that may have occurred to your postal service direct with Royal Mail. We're sorry you've been unable to benefit from any bonus vouchers you've received due to store locations, but if you were able to connect to the internet and place orders with M&S Retail, bonus vouchers can also be redeemed online, just so you know. We’re constantly striving to improve our services to customers by being open to feed back, and looking to new ways for improvement, so we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to get in touch. I like the app - how up to date it is with recent pending transactions, and the fact that my balance is clearly stated not to include them. It's also useful to pay my balance on the app.

What's not to love!
What's not to love!! The range of wonderful clothes for all ages is a great improvement. The food is always great quality and affordable. To buy online is a very easy experience but if you go into the stores the staff are so friendly and helpful. Just all round great.

I shop at M& S food regularly. I know that it's always fresh and well cared for in store. We have a friendly foodstore close by with car parking.
I'm Newcastle we are very lucky to have large M& S stores within a few miles of each other both selling different stock. I always start my clothes shopping spree at M& S.

M&S is a great shopping experience whether it be food, clothing or home.
M&S staff are so helpful whether in store or by phone or e mail. I have been to a few of the M&S refurbished shops which look great. I love listening to the music when shopping at M&S. The simply food shops are great what a selection.
