Statements come on time, and are relatively straightforward to reach on the M&S website, albeit with codes from the App page needed for access.

New M&S Changes
I am getting use to the new changes to M&S Bank and the app. Things can't stay the same for ever and we have to accept that. As a more mature customer and user I feel I understand all the new features.Have never had any problems with my payments,which I do online from my own personal bank a/c.Long may this continue. I am sure if I did have any problems there would be numerous ways I can get help. You just have to use your common sense.

Excellent customer satisfaction
I have had the credit card for a number of years and find it very easy to see my use on the app. Any issues with payments or queries are effectively sorted by the team when you ring them. They are very helpful. The rewards are also good if you shop mainly in Marks and Spencers.

M+S is a favourite of mine
M+S is a favourite of mine. The service is always friendly + helpful + I feel as if my custom is important to them.
The clothes are good quality + good value + they cater for all ages.
The food is also good quality + there is a good variety.
Beauty + home is of the same good quality + there is plenty for every taste.
The reward credit card is unlike any other + the benefits are multiple.
For many reasons it is my go to store.

I’ve always had an M&S credit card for many, many years and have always enjoyed the benefits of this at home and abroad. I also have never had a problem with the running /admin side of this card and would recommend it.

MS the Credit Card that makes it easy for the aged
I am 83 years on the 21st of this month. I am not very good at the internet, it now I have the MS app on my phone I find it extremely easy to understand. I enjoy shopping at MS and paying on my Credit Card I pay it of at the beginning of the month when my pension goes in, so I am a very happy lady. Thank you MS

Improved service
I have had an M&S card for over 20 years, and had no real problems with it. But I must say since HSBC have taken over the card the time span between payments showing on your accounts and payments showing has improved. This makes it much easier to manage my spending and account. Also getting help on the app seems to be easier.

Smooth and rewarding experience
I made 3 separate balance transfers from different credit cards which were swiftly actioned and took very little time to complete. I have made previous transfers before and again the service was seamless and completed without delay

Easily managed credit
Managable credit with occasional bonuses, albeit small compared to spend. The app works well and I trust the card backing bank, unlike John Lewis who changed financial houses at which point we changed to M&S
