In the store I done the verification and activated the device there itself then i paid they also ok with that.
And they clarified my all doubts and they did the follow-up, they are very supportive.

Disappointed - sent used, 2nd hand item
I spoke to Gautam - he said 'open box' item means opened, but unused. So, agreed to buy
I recvd. a dirty, used piece - packaging inside was torn; the warranty and quick start guide was missing. A second hand, used piece is not worth more than Rs. 3000. They charged 6500. Totally cheating customers!

We would like to clarify that all open-box items are thoroughly checked by our QC team before dispatch. These units are unused and fully functional. It appears that in this case, our QC team may have missed cleaning the device properly before shipping, for which we sincerely apologize.
For your reference, the price of a brand-new unit is ₹10,000, and the amount you paid (₹6,500) is a fair and significantly discounted price for an open-box product.
However, if you are not satisfied with the product, we completely respect your concern and are ready to accept a return and resolve the issue promptly. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
