KEEP AWAY!!!!!!!! After winning 1.3k they refused to verify my account and pay up my earning for over one month. Their scamming customer support is useless and just repeats the same nonsense info every single day.

this casino will do all just to cause you further gambling disorder and never pay out so in all cases you will be a loser even if you reached a considerable winnings. Imagine that if you self exclude yourself all reached winnings will be voided and you will be only allowed to get the last deposit refunded which is pure unethical and unfair + their customer support employees are only stupid and unexperienced like i was talking to different ones over 7 times and no one could provide a solution to safeguard the funds even by conveying the feeling that i'm struggeling with such a huge balance and can't avoid temptation and like i'm down 15k in one round and like really i needed the support but the answer was we can do nothing for you and the vip manager doesn't seem to be responsive where till nowadays i didn't get a reply from him. Up-date; May 24th; I haven't play here for a couple of years. Bankonbet is a Curacao Gaming site that has decent game plays, they had the worst odds, game plays, and payouts, this site has improved. If they change their within 3 day withdraw T&C waiting policy, which is 4 days and their logging out, they just might have a better reputation. Their not at a 5 star experience yet! There are a lot of gaming sites that withdraws are in minutes or within an hour/s. Players don't won't to wait days to receive funds from a withdraw! The live chat has improved and not ignorant or rude anymore. They get 2 more stars for improvements, but that could change to decrease or increase.

I won $1000 and was told i was due to receive the money in 3 days 3 turned into 8 and the emails were the same even after requesting the information to follow upnwith the company directors and have emailed 7 star members for assistance but never heard back their gaking license is also fake

Our interactions with Bankonbet affiliates
and how they are stalling our affiliate commission of around €18,000.

We are a iGaming affiliate network and we started our cooperation with
Bankonbet/Bankonbetaffiliates on the 26.7.2022.

We got referred to speak
with them through a master affiliate who had met them at a conference.
A skype group was quickly made and we had the honor to get both the CEO and CFO of
Bankonbet in our group chat.

Mario, CEO & Daniel, CFO, were really friendly at the
start and helped us quickly to get our accounts setup for the promotion.

The goal was to bring up 500 ftds in a few months timeframe.

2nd of August CFO wrote : we doing a good job,also big thanks to all of you!
4th of August CFO wrote : hey hey, i will do calculations of all accounts,but 003, i
mean its 100% clear that some players are fraud...we will need to discuss a solution,after we have exact numbers.

When we started the promotion they had listed an Estonian license logo on
Bankonbet.com, but a few days after we noticed it disappeared from their site, we
asked them about it and the answer came.

8th of August CEO wrote: As far as I know we don’t have this license.
This made our alarm bells ring.

17th of August we wrote: How about the first payment - so we know everything
is working like it should?

CFO wrote: we are sorting everything at time, but i cant tell you a time frame.

23rd of August CFO : We need to verify all of the affiliates. So can you please sent
us id + proof of address from each account. Thanks Sent it please to my email

We sent the needed documents quickly and also went through the account they
claimed to be "fraud" We told them we can leave the CPA commission unpaid from
that promoter - we know our traffic is not fraud, so we told them they could remove
the accounts they thought were fraudulent just so we could receive the money
we’re owed.

We confronted them regarding the payment many times.
13th of September CFO wrote : There is nothing i can do, to speed this up,as final
decission has the security department You don't need to contact me every day, i
will mail you asap i have some infos for you.

After this we contacted B2B lead at Soft2Bet, Soft2bet is Bankonbet’s platform
provider.
We had a phone call with the manager, he understood the issue and promised to push Bankonbet to send the payments. He also claimed that there is no KYC needed for Bankonbet affiliates, and they do not have a Risk department. So we have proof that anything the CFO Daniel told us in chat is not true.
