Everything was straightforward from ordering through to receiving my banner, and I was happy with the finished product. Delivery arrived one day later than I had expected, but this was not a major issue.
One area that could be improved is the guidance on preparing artwork for printing. It would be helpful to have clearer and easier-to-find instructions about bleed, safe areas and the different finishing options, such as eyelets, reinforced hems and edging. As this was my first banner, I found it difficult to locate the exact design specifications I needed.
Overall, I had a very positive experience, would happily recommend Bannerworld and would use them again.
