Still no answer after providing screenshots

After my earlier Trustpilot review, Banqup publicly asked me to send all outstanding issues with screenshots. I did this on 6 May. Eva from Banqup replied that she would contact support so the problems could be fixed.
Today is 19 May. I have received no substantive answer, no update and no solution.
This confirms the problem: Banqup asks for feedback, but does not appear to act on it. For a business-critical e-invoicing application, this level of customer support is unacceptable.

I had to send an e-invoice to a state…

I had to send an e-invoice to a state institution. Since I need to send e-invoices only for 1-2 times a year, this environment is always a bit unfamiliar to me. I made the invoice, but for some reason it was not sent. I asked for help. After I had communicated with the robot 2 times, a "real" person came to help, from whom I received advice and help quickly, and the problem was solved within half an hour. Thank you!!
