I would never recommend taking your…

I would never recommend taking your child to get their ear pierced here at banter in monroeville mall,Customer service very poor as this is a serious change for my daughter so I was indecisive on what earrings i wanted to switch too I was gonna just order her some rather then be rushed to pick them out then due to the lady wanting to get back to eating her food! She was very rude talked about how I was taking to long to her co worker right in front of me and my child had my daughter wasn’t so excited I would have not even got it done there! I’d rather get a piercing gun and do it at home how that interaction was horrible!

Scam site

Scam site. Takes your money with no inventory then holds it hostage. Will never purchase from this company or its sister companies zales or piercing pagoda unless you want to be ripped off

Purchased a chain as a replacement longer chain for a gift received

Purchased a chain as I received a gift with one that was too small, When i went to unclasp it the clasp actually broke off. I purchased the extended warranty and went to replace it ( Should be under general warranty 5 days later) and was told that i had to return and wait for a refund and purchase again. Went on line to the customer service who stated that i should have no issues with an replacement under normal warranty. They made an appoinment for what should have been an exchange ( said ear piercing) and when i went to the location they gave me the same issue. I have been a long time customer for years and will never go back. I have purchased what i now consider to be a piece of Garbage and will now go purchase a new chain from a small jeweler instead.

Banter by Piercing pagoda

Banter by Piercing pagoda, ! I purchased from them many times!! in store and online!!! and I’ve never had any issues!!! recently, I purchased a pair of earrings for my daughter and bought the warranty.and a stone happened to fall out of the earrings and when I called the store, they said they would definitely replace them, the warranty covered it, come in whenever and they’ll take care of it. The guy I talk to his name was Brandon. I came in today, they I know issues replacing the earrings BUTTTTT I was told that I had to pay another $15 to extend the warranty for another year, like are you kidding me? I paid for a warrant Already!!. The product did not hold up l, now that you’ve replaced the product, There should still be a warranty on it. Why did the warranty cancel out?? just because I returned a damaged product????? that was the whole point of the warranty to replace it and also to give me continued protection and now I have to pay again for continued protection??? I did though, because my husband is the sucker!! I also thought it was ridiculous that no one could help me online so I didn’t have to travel 35 minutes to the store with three children, but I can respect that you guys aren’t customer friendly and that I needed to do the work all by myself even though I had pictures and evidence and receipts, but my main concern here is why I had to pay $15 to continue the warranty?? again after all the purchases I made in your store which I understand you don’t give a care about but I do as a customer!!! and now from here on out, you put a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t feel like shopping at your store again, and will be returning used merchandise that was supposed to be gifts! Curious why you want to lose a customer after a customer after a customer? I understand one doesn’t make a difference right away, but I’m assuming as time goes bye and I tell one person who tells 10 people and I post on my social media account which has over 6000 followers hopefully it may make a difference but that’s just weird crazy policy and I’m assuming that you didn’t explain that when I purchased the warranty and you didn’t explain that when I called about the warranty because you guys know that it’s ridiculous because you had many options to explain that part and you didn’t, you can tell me that I should’ve read some fine print but I don’t care about that you explained everything else. Why would you leave that part out? I know why because it’s ridiculous.
