Let them know one of my leggings had a tear at the seam and they immediately replaced it with a new one.

My parcel was lost for a moment during shipping and i asked help from BARA for this issue. BARA did sent another for replacement without hesitation.

Some time ago I ordered 2 items, received only one after some time, so I contacted support about my other item. They told me it was send from another location so it that one takes a bit longer, and in the end I received it aswell. Maybe for next time, tell the customer about it upfront or give 2 trackingslinks so there is no unnecessary worrying from customers ;)

Overall everything was good. My order came from Sweden to Estonia in approx 7 working day, which is for me too long, but I hope it was due to holiday season. The order tracking code I receved through support service worked better than original one that was in order confirmation email.

Having an issue with one of the many tights we already bought at bara I contacted the support via email to ask for a solution.
The answer came pretty fast and the few mails we sent back and forth were absolutely nice and professional and a completely satisfying solution was found in the end.

the products are superb - my favourite leggings for running. customer service very kind and helpful and fast with the help when an issue occurs. the only issue is the lenghth of the time of delivery (count with - possibility of 1month of waiting). would reccomend for sure!

Bara’s customer communication has been a complete failure, and I do not recommend having any dealings with them. I have their 360 reflective winter tights that are a perfect fit for my body type.

I asked them if the jeans are the same fit as my tights. They assured me that fit is the same. I ordered jeans and turned out they don’t fit at all. Knees were baggy already when I first tried them on. I asked about returning the jeans. They sent me a return slip. I returned the jeans.

Only after they received my return, they informed me that they won’t refund the jeans because I used 3in2 campain code. Would have been nice to know it BEFORE I returned the jeans. But nope, they decided to scam me twice with these jeans.

Also, the jeans are terrible. Don’t buy them.

Really happy about the quality of the winter leggings! I bought 4 different colors 2 years ago, still wear them at least 5 days a week in the winter as a PT. I wanted new ones, so I bought another 3, so I’ll never get out of winter leggings 👌

My Bara scrunch seamless leggings broke after few months of wearing them. Which is not great, but when I send the information to Bara, I got store credit for new leggings. That was a unexpected and very pleasant. I have bought several products from Bara, so I know that the quality is generally very good.
