Voor 18 besteld, nooit in huis
Disastruous customer experience. “Buy before 18:00, tomorrow in house”… uhm nope, not even close.
False advertising and only lies on their support line who are no longer answering emails.
I am now 4 days away from the acquisition time and all I’m left with is money gone from my account and an evergreen email that I will receive my order, you guessed it, “tomorrow”.
There is no track and trace provided, no ETA, no answering to the emails, and of course no call center.
Imagine buying from them during BlackFriday type of events…

Their range and prices are great, but their customer serice will keep me coming back. I had a problem with the lid of the Weber Master Touch Premium, but thr support staff were very fast and helpful with a solution. Best buying experience I have had in a long time.

Awesome price for the barbecue and nice communication
Awesome price for the barbecue. I was surprised by the promotion at a point that I was barely believing in it... I just decided to take the step and ordered it. The day after my order, I received an email saying that there will be some delay for the delivery as they ran out of stock... damn... 2 days after, it was at my place ! Perfect conditions, no surprise, nice communications along the delivery... LOVED IT !
